Assist the Store Sales Manager in leading and coaching to drive sales that meet and exceed store sales metrics through staffing, training and developing your team. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Store Sales Manager to meet and exceed store sales metrics and manage the shrink established by the company
- Set the example for the team by using and coaching Vanity's 5 steps of selling to maximimze sales results and provide exceptional customer service
- Support Store Sales Manager in identifying, recruiting and manager adequate store staff
- Assisting providing daily coaching, clear expectations and direction to the team
- Role model Vanity company pride within the store by keeping a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees
- Meet visual standards within the store and implement promotional guidelines in a timely manner
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Strong in coaching/leadership, customer service, selling, organizational and communication skills. A minimum of 6 months to one year of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older.
