  • As Sales Team Lead, you will partner with all Store Sales Management to direct and lead the store team in driving sales and meeting and exceeding customer service to exceed individual and store sales metrics.

    Sales and Results Driven
    • Partnering with the management team to meet and exceed individual and store sales metrics
    • Setting an example for the team in using Vanity’s 5 Steps of Selling

    Leadership and Team Development
    • Providing clear and effective direction to staff in absence of the Store Sales Manager and the Assistant Store Sales Manager
    • Coaching new Sales Consultants as needed
    • Understanding store sales plan and helping drive sales as a Manager on Duty
    • Complying with all company guidelines and policies

    Customer Focus
    • Providing an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage customers to return by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, friendly personable presentation, and professional handling of difficult situations
    • Utilizing current fashion trends to create fashionable outfits for customers
    • Understanding and exceeding customer expectations

Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • Qualifications
    • You must demonstrate a sales focused mindset, the ability to lead in providing exceptional service, a personal style and knowledge of fashion trends, and interactive social skills to effectively communicate
    • Minimum of 6 months retail store sales experience required
    • High School degree or GED equivalent
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
